Early thoughts on the Primary Care First model

This paper explores key model features of the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation’s Primary Care First (PCF), a new voluntary payment model focused on primary care. PCF aims to offer additional flexibility in how physicians care for patients while holding them accountable for patient outcomes.
