Niels Van der Laan is a principal and consulting actuary in the Amsterdam office of Milliman. He joined the firm in 2011. Niels carries out consulting assignments in the field of property & casualty and disability in the Netherlands and Belgium. Before joining Milliman, Niels worked at Towers and Watson and predecessors for five years.

Rajish Sagoenie is a principal in the Amsterdam office of Milliman, where, since 2011, he has been managing director. Rajish is responsible for a wide variety of projects and assignments for corporate clients. As an advising actuary, Rajish primarily works for corporate clients and pension funds. His focus primarily lies with providing strategic (pension) advice for corporates, both nationally and internationally, and he acts as the appointed actuary for several pension funds. He advises multinational organizations on their employee benefits arrangements around the world.
