Tarik Nbigui
Tarik Nbigui joined Milliman in 2025. He has over 15 years of experience within the field of asset and fiduciary management for pension funds.
Tarik specializes in ALM, lifecycles, strategic asset allocation, and fiduciary management, with a strong focus on the introduction of the Dutch Future Pensions Act (WTP) for pension funds. He is a logical conceptual thinker that translates investment theory into practical investment solutions.
Experience
Tarik has been Director of Investments at Milliman since December 2025. In this role, he focuses on providing strategic financial advisory services related to pension funds and the new pension reform WTP in the Netherlands. Tarik brings extensive experience in strategic investment management for pension funds, as well as in investment consulting and asset and fiduciary management.
