Greg Sgrosso

Greg has had the opportunity to work on many different projects through his tenure at Milliman. He is the certifying actuary for clients in the Medicare Advantage space and has extensive experience with claims reserves analysis, Medicare Advantage feasibility studies, rate filings, premium deficiency reserves, vendor selection, claims repricings, and other aspects of risk management. Greg also has had significant exposure to work with continuing care retirement communities. He has performed population projections, adequacy of resident contract fee structures, future service obligation calculations, actuarial balance sheets, cash-flow projections, and experience studies. Greg also leads the intern program and actuarial recruiting for the practice.
