He is leading consulting assignments, focusing primarily on insurance modeling, analytics and applications of innovation and technology to redefine and transform processes. He is currently focused on high-performance computing and machine learning applications in insurance and ALM models.

Experience

Karol has more than 15 years of experience in the actuarial and risk management field. He has broad expertise in actuarial models architecture and in the development of IT, allowing him to bridge the gap between these two worlds. He has led and participated in projects for insurance and reinsurance clients in Belgium, Netherlands, France, Spain, Portugal, Korea, China, and the USA. He also has experience with Solvency II calculations (SF and IM) and reporting, insurance portfolio valuations, and pricing.
