Eoin King
Eoin King is a principal and consulting actuary in Milliman's Dublin office. Eoin joined the Dublin practice in 2008.
Experience
Eoin has more than 10 years of industry experience. During that time, he has worked with a number of different domestic and cross-border insurance companies on a wide range of projects.
Eoin‘s expertise covers topics such as Solvency II, IFRS reporting, product development, enterprise risk management, mergers and acquisitions, internal model development, and capital management.
Eoin currently serves as the Head of Actuarial Function for one client and he also discharges the Reviewing Actuary peer review role, as required by the Central Bank of Ireland.
Eoin has also written papers and delivered presentations to various industry audiences on topics such as Solvency II and Recovery and Resolution Planning.
Eoin has been a member of several committees and working parties of the Society of Actuaries in Ireland, most recently serving as co-chair of the Life Committee’s Solvency II 2020 Review Working Group.
Prior to joining Milliman, Eoin worked for Irish Life Assurance plc, where he held a position in product development.
