Juraidah has more than 16 years of working experience of employee benefits, retirement and accounting.
Before joining Milliman, Juraidah was a consultant in Willis Towers Watson’s benefits consulting business in Singapore for more than eight years. She has extensive experience in the administration of both defined benefit and defined contribution retirement plans, as well as the statutory requirements for pension funds approved under Section 5 of the Singapore Income Tax Act. She has worked on multiple projects involving retirement scheme design including DB to DC conversion, retirement scheme establishment, and retirement communications. She has also worked on many benefits review and optimisation projects, as well as on pre-M&A benefits due diligence.
Prior to this, Juraidah was an accounts executive for more than eight years, with experience of providing bookkeeping and accounting services to clients in various industries.
